Thanks for the reply 😊
That's too bad though. Sometimes however a steeper angle is good depending on the way I'm sitting or laying, but a wide range of varying angles is what I'm looking for. I'm surprised none of these controller makers have even thought about making a good adjustable grip.
Well, I do have the Madcatz and steelseries (which I don't use anymore for the button layout), so I think I'm good until a 360 style controller comes out with a good grip.

Looks like an awesome controller, and not the same horrid Playstation button layout like the other recent ones, so I'm very much interested in it. My biggest issue with these controllers however is that the grips angles aren't adjustable to how I'm viewing it at the time, so none of these recent controllers even spark my interest.
But I saw this Xbox style controller and this pic shows circular hinge like things on the grips. Anyone know if the grip on this is actually adjustable this time? If so that's an instant purchase...adjustable grip and good button/stick layout is what I'm looking for which none of the others have provided.

I have the Madcatz CTRLi, mainly because of the much better Xbox style layout than the crappy Playstation ones on my Stratus.
Great controller. My only problem is that the grip that holds the phone is at an angle that isn't very comfortable to me. Anyone have any mods I can get to get a more variable angle?
Or anyone know of an MFi gamepad which will have grips that can have a wide range of angles?
Edit:
Actually I saw this while looking at Xbox One stuff...
This might actually be usefull in somehow attaching this to the MadCatz. Worth a try if anyone was also curious in finally getting good viewing angles on these kind of MFi controllers

Yeah I'm definitely going to wait until more controllers come out.
Don't get me wrong. Steelseries makes quality controllers, but they're always going for the more annoying old style PS analong stick set up.
I'll definitely wait for an Xbox 360/Xbox One style controller like the Mad Catz CTRLi. Haven't even touched the Stealseries controller since I got that one and I'm not going backwards to that either
