The Power of Call-Back Consent in Lead Engagement

I've been looking deeper into lead nurturing and I found out that when integrated with call-back consent, it can improve and elevate the communication strategy used to engage prospects. Instead of sending generic follow-ups, giving leads the opportunity to request a call back allows leads to take control of the conversation. It can also allow you to more readily allow for personalized intervening communication that can be timely and relevant. The advantage for the lead is that it truly builds trust and allows you speak to leads when they are wanting to engage - not simply when it is convenient for you. Has anyone added this to their strategy or campaigns? I would like to hear your experience in addition to any tips for leveraging this perfectly!
