He coached in Denver the past two seasons. Kubiak will be based primarily in Texas. The team later announced Kubiak will hold the title of senior personnel advisor.      NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport added that Kubiak will be involved with scouting  Artemi Panarin Women Jersey the top 100 offensive players, while Tom Heckert handles the top 100 defensive players.      "With as much experience as he has evaluating players, Gary's going to be a tremendous resource for our personnel department," general manager John Elway said in a statement. "He'll primarily help on the college side and a sist us in free agency as well."     Kubiak cited medical reasons for his retirement from coaching in January.
