CTRLi controller connects to phone but not game

Hi I have the CTRLi Mad Catz controller and the iPhone 6s with the update iOS 9.3.2. For some odd reason the controller connects to the phone but not to game. Any Help?

Hey,

Which game are you trying to connect to? If the controller pairs with the iPhone, it SHOULD work, but some games occasionally require an extra step.

The games I'm trying to play are minecraft, asphalt 8 and GTA SA. One thing that I saw was when I was trying to connect to the CTRLi app it didn't connect.

Hmm, that's odd. Make sure the battery is good - if it isn't fully charged, it might not work.

Are you sure you're using the CTRLi, not the CTRLr? The android version won't work.

Hey I tried it again and it was at full battery it still didn't work. And yes I'm sure it's the CTRLi

That's really weird... Have you tried deleting it from your Bluetooth devices list, holding the pair button, and re-pairing it?

That's really strange, I don't know what else to suggest. Can you still return it and exchange it for a replacement?
