Investor to trader: ‘Why didn’t you predict the dip?’ Trader to investor: ‘Why didn’t you?’ Sound familiar? I bet How do we stop this blame game and move towards a productive model of communication?

This guide taught me to replace monthly reports with weekly ‘war rooms’ where we dissect losses together. Now we use a ‘no stupid questions’ rule and a shared risk appetite matrix. And yes, as a result our Sharpe ratio improved, and the passive-aggressive Slack channels died.
