Same problem, but I did some research on YouTube. First you need to know what type of headphones you want: full-size or earbuds?
Then what would be better wire headphones or wireless? It's about sound transmission speed and comfort. you should look headphones yourself, and choose what better for you
And don't forget about noise cancellation
