The Power of Lead Nurturing

Hi guys!
Would anyone out there agree that converting leads to sales isn't as easy as it sounds? I have been thinking a lot about the whole concept of nurturing leads during their journey, and I realize it is difficult to do without a strong Lead Nurture Program in place. When you can present prospects with relevant, personalized content that targets where they are in their decision-making process, you begin to build trust and eventually can lead them to convert. The value of a strong nurture program is not, in my opinion, to merely follow up—it's to be valuable and be present when they choose to buy. Does anyone have success stories or tips for implementing a solid nurture strategy?
