I've been looking deeper into lead nurturing and I found out that when integrated with call-back consent, it can improve and elevate the communication strategy used to engage prospects. Instead of sending generic follow-ups, giving leads the opportunity to request a call back allows leads to take control of the conversation. It can also allow you to more readily allow for personalized intervening communication that can be timely and relevant.
